About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect (Loyalty Cloud) to lead and optimize loyalty program implementations. This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional with expertise in Loyalty Cloud and a strong background in enterprise-level loyalty program execution—especially in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
8-10+ years of professional experience
5+ years with the Salesforce platform
Led at least 1-2 Loyalty Cloud implementations as an Architect
Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization of Loyalty Cloud
Enterprise-level experience
Hospitality industry and loyalty program execution experience
Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management, including program/tier/benefit mapping, promotion management, earn/redeem processes, and decision tables
Strong communication and presentation skills
